Who we are

What we collect when you fill in the quote form
Only what the form asks for, which is:
- The kind of school or organisation you are inquiring for
- The school or district name, if you give one
- Approximate square footage or building count, if you give one
- When your current cleaning arrangement ends, if you say
- City and state, if you give them
- Your work email address
- Which page of this site you sent the form from
The email address is the only field we insist on, because without it we cannot reply. Everything else is optional and the form will send without it.
What we collect when a cleaning company applies to partner
- Company name and your name
- Work email and phone number
- The metro area and states you cover
- Whether you hold K-12 work today, roughly how many cleaners you employ, and what insurance you carry
What is recorded automatically
When a form is submitted we also store the country, city and region that our host, Cloudflare, derives from the connection; the page you came from; and your browser's user-agent string. These tell us which parts of the country and which pages actually produce inquiries.
Your IP address is used for one thing only: we count submissions per address to stop automated spam, at most five an hour. Those counts are deleted automatically after sixty minutes and are never attached to your inquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets two cookies — _ga and
_ga_XFH11HS6GZ — to tell one visit from another and to count how many people reach
which pages. We use it to see which pages bring inquiries. We do not run advertising pixels, we
do not run remarketing, and there are no other third-party scripts on this site.
To opt out entirely, install Google's own browser add-on, or block cookies for this site in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — the forms post as plain HTML and do not depend on JavaScript.
What we do with it
We reply to your inquiry, and we price the work. If we email you anything beyond that — an occasional note on cleaning standards or costs — every message carries an unsubscribe link and one click is enough.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone to market to you. If serving your building would mean bringing in a partner contractor rather than our own crew, we tell you who they are and ask before we pass anything on. That is a promise we make on the form and this is where it is written down.
Who can see it
Inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the eastern United States and are readable only through a password-protected admin page. A notification with the contents of your inquiry is also sent to our team through Telegram so we see it quickly. Those two, plus Google Analytics for the site statistics described above, are the only third parties involved.

Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@cleaningservicesforschools.com and say which. We will do it within thirty days and we will not ask you to justify the request.
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia or another state with a consumer privacy statute, those rights are yours by law and include the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the request route above is the same either way, and we will not treat you differently for using it.
Children
This site is for adults who buy or supply cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and nothing on it is directed at students. If you believe a student has sent us something, write to support@cleaningservicesforschools.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. We do not make changes quietly and then apply them backwards to information you have already given us.
This policy describes what the site actually does, in plain English. It is not legal advice, and if you need a compliance opinion for your own procurement process you should have your counsel read it. If anything here does not match what you see happening, tell us — that is a bug.
