What we do
We clean schools. Nightly custodial, disinfection, floor care and the summer deep clean, for public districts, charter networks, independent and parochial schools and childcare centres.
How we are structured
We employ cleaners directly in the markets we staff. Everywhere else we deliver through partner contractors we have vetted — insurance verified with the carrier, workers compensation confirmed, background-check process audited. You sign one contract with us and we carry the obligation either way. We tell you which arrangement applies in your town before you sign, because a buyer who finds that out afterwards is right to be annoyed.
How we price
From a timed walk-through and a work-loading model, not a rate card. Our proposals show hours by space type at a named APPA service level. Where we publish cost figures on this site, the arithmetic is shown and the sources are cited — Bureau of Labor Statistics for wages, NCES for district and school counts, APPA and ISSA for cleaning standards.
Screening
Everyone who enters a school is screened before their first shift, whatever the local statute requires. That is a company rule rather than a compliance minimum, and it applies identically to partner crews.
What we publish
The cost data on this site is free and uses public sources. If you find an error in it, tell us and we will correct it and say that we did.
