Become a Partner Contractor

If you run a cleaning company and you can serve schools properly, we bring the work and the contract; you bring the crew.

How it works

We hold the contract with the school or district and the relationship that goes with it. You perform the work under a master services agreement with per-site work orders. We handle the bid, the client, the inspection regime and the invoicing. You are paid on a schedule that does not depend on when the district pays us being your problem.

What we need from a partner

An incorporated company with its own W-2 payroll, EIN and workers compensation policy — not individual contractors. General liability at the limits our client contracts require, with abuse and molestation coverage not excluded, since this is school work. A documented background-check process that meets your state's requirements for school contractors. References we can call. Capacity to take on a building without dropping an existing client.

What we do not do

We do not sell territories, charge for the right to clean, or take a fee contingent on a public contract being awarded. If somebody in this industry offers you any of those three, read the paperwork very carefully.

Quality

Photo-verified inspection checklists, a formal monthly inspection against the contracted APPA level, and a satisfaction check with the facilities director. We will tell you what we found and give you time to fix it before it becomes a client conversation. What we will not flex on is screening: everyone who enters a school is cleared before their first shift.

Where we are looking

Everywhere we do not have crews, which is most of the country. If you already hold school work in your market, that is the strongest thing you can tell us.
